 Should the Employee voluntarily leave the employment position without fault of Employer or be discharged for cause within thirty (30) days from the date of employment, Wisconsin Executive Search Group, Ltd., Madison, Wisconsin will dedicate its full resources to the vacated position and attempt to identify a replacement qualified to perform similar duties at no cost to the Client, provided that Wisconsin Executive Search Group Ltd., Madison, Wisconsin is notified in writing of such separation within five (5) working days of separation. This guarantee will not be in effect in the event of a substantial change in the original job description or reporting structure, layoff or elimination of position. Guarantee is conditional on compliance with our billing procedure. Employer's acceptance of referral(s) of Applicant(s) from Wisconsin Executive Search Group, Ltd., Madison, Wisconsin shall constitute Employer's acceptance of this agreement. In further consideration of Wisconsin Executive Search Group, Ltd., Madison, Wisconsin Employer agrees to act as the Agent for verification of employment eligibility of the referred candidate whom Employer hires. As Agent, Employer will mail Wisconsin Executive Search Group, Ltd., Madison, Wisconsin a photocopy of the completed verification form required by the Immigration Act immediately upon its completion.
